Sunsation to Debut New 36 at Open House PDF  | Print |  E-mail

For the second year in a row, Sunsation Powerboats will host an open house at its Algonac, Mich., facility. Brothers Wayne and Joe Schaldenbrand and the rest of the Sunsation crew are welcoming customers, industry representatives and more to tour the factory on April 10 and 11.

sunsation36With a full lineup of boats on display, the company will unveil its 36 Dominator SSR with twin staggered Mercury Racing HP525EFI engines and a one-of-a-kind Mitcher T paint job. Sunsation has been working on the stepped V-bottom, which is based off its 32 Dominator hull, since last fall and plans to offer the model in S, SS, SSR and XRT packages.

Also on display will be a new F-4 poker run edition with twin Ilmor MV-10 725 engines and Ilmor’s new Indy drives, along with 16-, 28- and 32-foot V-bottoms. Visitors will be able to see several boats in various stages of production and meet folks from Ilmor, McLeod Design and Mercury Racing.
